UICT is in the process of developing a 5-year strategic plan and 3 year business plan, as a way of improving its performance by using the new objectives. In order to come up with a viable plan, UICT invited stakeholders to envisage strategies proposed to direct the opertions of the Institute for the next five years.
The turnup was so good and the workshop was successful.
