The
Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) has
allocated funds to be used for the procurement of Electronics/Telecommunication Laboratory Equipments. Sealed bids are
now invited from eligible bidders for the supply of the above stated items
which are categorized in (1) one

Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open bidding procedure contained in
the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets
Act, 2003; and is open to all bidders from

Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Uganda Institute of
Information and Communications Technology (UICT) and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hours
during working days.
4.
A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by
interested bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of Uganda Shillings 100,000/=
(One hundred thousand only) from Friday,
July 17, 2009. The method of payment will be by Bank pay-in slip or Bank Draft
directly to Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology. A
copy of the receipt shall be submitted with the bids.
5.
Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (b) at or before 3:30pm on Friday, August 28, 2009.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (c) at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2009.
